Returns Policy

 


Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to return or exchange most items within 7 days of purchase, You must contact us prior to making any returns, Your rights to return or exchange the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:

 

  • When ordering personalised items as these are individual to each order and cannot be resold.

 

  • Where you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.

 

Goods must be returned unused in original packaging and in a saleable condition if a refund is required, if carriage costs apply these will not be refunded.  Goods must be returned at customers cost unless a mistake is made by us.

 

If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will try our best to rectify any problems or offer a full refund dependant on the circumstances.

We are unable to re-sell personalised items as they are individual to each order and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.

 

Please note:
When returning an item the parcel can take up to 10 working days to be returned to our Warehouse. Please allow 10 working days from when you return your order for a response from us.

 

Faulty item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer service team quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advice on how to proceed with the return. If the item is faulty, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.

 

Goods returned with a manufacturers fault will be sent back for inspection by the manufacturer and will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers discretion.

 

For details on individual product Guarantees please contact us.  Distance selling regulations dictates that the return of your product is at your cost, we will pay the return postage to you.

 

Spares and Repair

The products that Kiddiz supply have been tested to the highest quality standards. Each manufacturer has their own repair and guarantee policy. For further details on a particular product you can either contact the manufacturer directly or send us an e-mail:

 

Discounts

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be the original sale price and not the current retail price.
